Over 8 years, Iโ€™ve played a critical role in the frontline execution and continuous improvement of Graingerโ€™s KeepStock managed inventory program. Beyond servicing major accounts, Iโ€™ve taken on responsibilities well outside my roleโ€”building tools, mentoring teammates, and stepping into leadership when the team needed it most.
